Unit 2: Cultivation of Food During the past two weeks our class has been studying and discussing New Mexico's acequia culture, reading Stanley Crawford's Mayordomo and watching the film, Milagro Beanfield Wars . Some of these photos were taken of Northern New Mexico acequia's in the Chama Valley near the Brazos River.
